At Unique Smartphones, we want your device to be as perfect as your personality. If your new smartphone doesn't feel like the right fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the 'Start Return' option next to your order to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove personal data and pack the smartphone in its original designer packaging with all included accessories.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
